A Spirit of Giving

National Philanthropy Day is an annual opportunity for nonprofit organizations to recognize you- the volunteers, donors, and activists who are Changing Lives + Transforming Landscapes through charitable action. Nice, right?

Philanthropy isn't just a fancy way of thinking about giving to charity. It's an acknowledgment of the values and beliefs that drive you to want to improve the lives of others and protect the natural world. Today, we're excited to celebrate those values and the people who help farmers and forests along with us.

Today, we're celebrating YOU! You give your time, money, expertise, and other resources because you believe in helping others. We'd be lost without you.

Al Schwendtner is a long-time supporter and former board member who even accompanied us on a trip  to Central America. We join many empowered farmers in thanking Al for his generosity.
