Expansion of Core Program: Increase SHI’s capacity for providing direct technical assistance to farming families from 500 to 1,000 or more.
Replication through Partners: Replicate the core, essential elements of our program model with partnerships that can access almost a billion dollars in government, bi-lateral, and multi-lateral funding. Possible partners include government agencies, NGOs, universities, and businesses.
Innovation: Test and adopt innovations in our methodology to significantly lower or offset the cost of program delivery. Examples include farmer mentorship programs and earned income ventures.
