Corporate Gift Matching

Many companies have programs through which they will “match” the charitable contributions made by their employees. Matching your gift to SHI through your employer is a wonderful way to double the impact of your personal donation.

Steps to take:

  1. Check with your company’s Human Resources office to see if they offer gift matching.
  2. If your employer does offer this program, your Human Resources department should provide you with a matching gift form.
  3. Complete the form from your HR Department and mail it to:
